Product Description Polyester conveyor belts,also called EP conveyor belts,whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and nylon-66 in weft.The belts have the characteristics of low elongation in warp and good trough ability in weft,good water resistance,good wet strength,no mould, suitable for medium,long-distance and heavy-load transportation of materials.Because of the high initial modulus of polyester,the belts can choose a relative low safety factor Application fields Metallurgy, steel plant, building material and construction, energy, chemical,machinery equipment and port. Tensile Strength & Width Tensile strength:300-3200 N/mm Width:500-2400 mm Features & Benefits 1,Reduced strength The combination of fabric design and dip process provide less elastic and permanent elongation on all specifications.

 2.Features:
Good flexibility, groove formation property and cost-effective. It is mainly used to transport powder,small and medium granular or less wearing materials at common temperature.

A:We're a manufacture with 15 years experience in this line.

Q:How about your lead time?

A: It is 10 ~ 20days for regular belts.

Q: What is your M.O.Q ?

A: M.O.Q is 1*20GP.  The less quantity is ok but its cost will be higher.

Q: Do you have belt warranty?

A: At least 12months service life for regular belt. HR T4+ belt 3~6month.
